60 mins – Prenatal Yoga for Labor Preparation (with Bharti)

  • A carefully designed practice focusing on:
  • Yoga poses to encourage optimal baby positioning
  • Movements to help the baby engage into the pelvis
  • Pelvic-opening and mobility exercises to support labor progress
  • Gentle labor meditation to build calm, focus, and trust in your body
  • All movements are safe, alignment-focused, and suitable for the 3rd trimester

 

15 mins - Labor-specific breathing techniques for different stages of labor

  • Breathing for Early Labor
  • Breathing for Active Labor
  • Breathing for Transition Phase
  • Expulsive breath for Pushing
