This special 90-minute prenatal class is designed exclusively for 3rd-trimester moms-to-be who want to feel more confident, prepared, and informed as they approach birth.

What this session includes

60 mins – Prenatal Yoga for Labor Preparation (with Bharti)

  • A carefully designed practice focusing on:
  • Yoga poses to encourage optimal baby positioning
  • Movements to help the baby engage into the pelvis
  • Pelvic-opening and mobility exercises to support labor progress
  • Labor-specific breathing techniques for different stages of labor
  • Gentle labor meditation to build calm, focus, and trust in your body
  • All movements are safe, alignment-focused, and suitable for the 3rd trimester

 

15 mins – Breastfeeding Basics (with Lactation Consultant Neha Maheshwari)

  • Because birth preparation doesn’t stop at delivery:
  • What to expect in the first few hours after birth
  • Latching basics and early breastfeeding cues
  • Common early challenges and how to feel prepared
