SATISFACTION

Birth is the most physical thing your body will ever do. And yet most women arrive at it having done almost no physical preparation.

It's not about being fit. It's not about being flexible. It's about your body knowing the positions, the movements, and the breathing patterns that help labour progress — so when contractions come, your body responds rather than resists.

This 12-session plan is the physical half of birth preparation. Every session in the final trimester is designed with one goal: giving your body the mobility, strength, and movement patterns it needs for birth.

UNDERSTANDING BIRTH PREPARATION

READY TO ADD THE MENTAL HALF TOO?

Complete your birth preparation — add the mental prep bundle

You've covered the physical. Here's what completes the picture — two courses that prepare your mind and your partner for everything that happens from labour to bringing baby home.

Birth Ready

How labour actually works · natural pain management · what medical interventions mean · what your partner should do at every stage. The course that turns "I hope I'll be okay" into "I know what to do"

Bring Baby Home

40 video modules on newborn care — breastfeeding, safe sleeping, jaundice, bathing, swaddling, postpartum warning signs. Most couples prepare for birth and almost nothing for the baby who arrives.

"The Labour Preparation Course was eye-opening, preparing me mentally and physically for childbirth in ways no one else ever explained."

FAQ

When can I start this prenatal yoga program?
You can begin once you enter your 3rd trimester (week 28) with your doctor’s approval.
What's the difference between this and the Birth Prep Package?
This plan covers physical preparation only — 12 yoga sessions for weeks 28–39. The Birth Prep Package contains the same yoga sessions plus the Birth Ready mental preparation course. If you've bought this plan, you won't be paying twice for yoga — add just Birth Ready + Bring Baby Home using the bundle above.
What is Birth Ready?
A 4-module labour and birth preparation course covering what happens before and during labour, labour movement patterns, medical interventions, and your partner's role. The mental preparation that yoga sessions don't cover.
What is Bring Baby Home?
40 short video modules covering everything after birth — breastfeeding, safe sleeping, jaundice, bathing, swaddling, postpartum warning signs, and the fourth trimester.
What if I’m new to yoga?
No worries! The program starts gently and builds gradually. Each session includes clear instructions, modifications, and props to support beginners.
Do I need any special equipment?
A yoga mat, two blocks, bolster or firm cushion, a yoga strap and a chair are helpful and used in most of the sessions.
How many times a week should I practice?
I recommend practicing 3 times a week using the guided weekly charts provided. You can adjust the pace based on your energy and comfort levels.
Are these sessions safe for all stages of pregnancy?
Classes are designed keeping in mind different stages of pregnancy. Yes. All classes are designed with pregnancy-safe postures, modifications, and breathing techniques. You’ll find clear guidance in each video to ensure safety and comfort.
How long do I have access to the program?
You’ll have 3 months of unlimited access, available 24/7. You can practice at your own convenient time and schedule, revisit the sessions you enjoy more or follow the week-by-week schedule provided by me.
Will there be any live classes?
Yes! You’ll get 2 live classes each month (alternate Saturdays) to stay motivated, ask questions, and connect with me directly.
Can I join if I have pelvic pain, back pain, or other discomforts?
Absolutely. Many sessions specifically target back strength, pelvic stability, and shoulder relief to ease these common pregnancy issues.
Is this suitable for twin pregnancies?
Yes, but always check with your healthcare provider before starting. Practice gently and avoid any poses that feel uncomfortable.
