WHY THIS PROGRAM IS DIFFERENT

Vaginal birth and C-section recovery are not the same. This program knows that.

Most postpartum programs treat every new mom the same. These are fundamentally different recoveries that need different programs.

VAGINAL BIRTH TRACK

From perineal pain to pelvic strength

  • Perineal care from day 1 — peri bottle, padsicles, sitz bath
  • First toilet trip — technique that actually helps
  • Pelvic floor — awareness to progressive strength
  • Leaking, heaviness, doming — week 5 symptom check
  • What the 6-week clearance does and doesn't mean

C-SECTION TRACK

From incision care to full recovery

  • Incision care day 1 — what's normal, warning signs
  • Log-roll technique — non-negotiable for 4 weeks
  • Scar numbness — why it happens, when it resolves
  • Scar mobilisation from week 6 — step by step
  • Scar readiness criteria before progressing

HOW IT WORKS

Two things. Every day. Designed to fit around a newborn.

EVERY DAY

Exercise session

10–15 minutes of gentle movement. Specific to your track, your week, what your body can do right now. Starts with breathwork only. Builds progressively.

Weeks 1–2: breathwork · Week 3–4: pelvic floor · Week 5+: strength

EVERY OTHER DAY

Recovery Tip

A short video on exactly what's happening in your body today — bleeding, perineal pain, scar care, feeding posture. Timed to arrive when you need it.

Day 1: perineal care · Day 3: pelvic floor · Day 7: what lochia tells you

8 weeks

of daily expert guidance from day one

DESIGNED FOR REAL NEW MOM LIFE

Watch in bed.

While feeding your baby.

At 2am if that's when you need it.

I designed every Recovery Tip to be short enough to watch in a single feeding session — on your phone, in bed, in the dark. No big screens required. No waiting until you have a "free moment." Because free moments don't exist in the fourth trimester.

🌙  Recovery Tip - Feed Time
2–5 minutes. Watch while baby feeds. Phone on low brightness. Pause if you need to burp her. Resume. Done before she's back asleep.

☀️  Exercise Session - Baby Nap time
10-15 minutes. On your bed with baby lying next to you, or on your mat beside the crib while baby naps. No equipment needed

FOR INDIAN MOMS OUTSIDE INDIA

Postpartum without your village. This is your village.

In India, new moms have something that's hard to name until you don't have it — family around them, a japa maid, generational wisdom, someone who knows what to do at 3am. Abroad, you navigate recovery, a newborn, an unfamiliar healthcare system, and video calls from family who mean well but aren't there.
This program was built to be what you don't have nearby — specific, expert guidance available at 3am, for an entire year.

Different healthcare system

Your doctor clears you at 6 weeks and that's often it. No follow-up guidance post delivery on what recovery actually looks like.

No family support nearby

No japa maid, no mother next door, no sister to call at 2am when you're not sure if what you're feeling is normal.

No Indian specialist nearby

Postpartum specialists who understand Indian bodies, Indian tradition, and Indian family dynamics are genuinely hard to find abroad..

I am a childbirth educator who went through an emergency C-section after 44 hours of labour. I know this territory not just professionally but personally. Every topic in this program came from a real question — from my community, from the survey I ran before building this curriculum. This is not what I thought you needed. It's what you told me you needed.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Common questions

Should I buy this before or after delivery?
Many moms buy in the third trimester so the program is ready and waiting the day they come home. You have full access from the moment you enrol.
I don't know yet if I'll have a vaginal birth or a C-section. Do I need to choose?
No. Both tracks are included in one purchase. You access the track that matches your birth after delivery.
My doctor will clear me at 6 weeks anyway. Why do I need this?
The 6-week clearance means your wound has healed. It does not mean your pelvic floor has recovered, your core is functional, or that you're ready to exercise. Week 6 of this program specifically addresses what that clearance does and doesn't mean.
The sessions are only 10–15 minutes. Is that enough?
In the fourth trimester, shorter and consistent beats longer and sporadic every time. These sessions are specifically designed for a body that just gave birth.
Can I really watch the Recovery Tips during a feed?
Yes — that's exactly what they're designed for. Each tip is 2–6 minutes long, filmed for phone screens, and structured so you can pause and resume without losing the thread. Many moms tell me that feeds are when they consume most content.
How long do I have access to the program?
One full year, unlimited, 24/7. Pause when life with a newborn intervenes. Come back when you're ready.
