I created this course because I know what first trimester actually feels like — the nausea, the exhaustion, the anxiety, and the deep desire to connect with your baby even when you feel terrible. This is everything I wish I had had, week by week, from the very beginning.

Founder of Her Healthcare at Home, Bharti is an internationally certified Childbirth Educator and Yoga Instructor with over 8 years of experience in the women’s healthcare space. A Computer Engineer and IIM Bangalore alumnus, Bharti began her career in management consulting before choosing to follow her passion for supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.

Today, she helps expecting and new mothers experience a more comfortable, confident, and pain-free journey through evidence-based prenatal yoga, birth preparation, and postpartum fitness programs.
